Plunge.com is one of the first to market, having appeared on Shark Tank. Their newer model has a built-in water chiller, with a fan that is really quiet.

Their cold plunge is made with aerospace-grade aluminum, and has a curve-shaped 3/4 HP chiller that chills the water down to as low as 37-degrees. With the chiller being curved, allowing it to fit snugly against the side of the barrel, this unit offers one of the smallest footprints of any cold plunge available.
